About the speakers:

Mr Dagan Chiu is a Systems Manager of the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer, the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. As one of the SMs of the Smart Government Innovation Lab, Mr Chiu is responsible for organising events to engage government departments and the industry; identifying suitable IT solutions for adoption in government; and exploring innovative IT solutions to enhance public services.

Ir Larry YUEN is an Electronics Engineer of the Inno-Office of the Electrical & Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. The Inno-Office is responsible for driving the adoption of innovative technology in government departments and the Electrical & Mechanical trades. Ir YUEN’s responsibilities include managing the E&M InnoPortal and facilitating trials implementation in government premises through matching government’s I&T wishes and I&T solutions from the I&T sector.
