Since its establishment in 2018, Chinese Road has been offering Chinese learning and assessment services to students worldwide, supported by a wide network of Chinese language-qualified instructors. In 2022, Chinese Road pioneered the application of artificial intelligence (AI) to Chinese recitation competitions, expanding the initiative from Hong Kong to countries including Indonesia and Thailand. Beyond its Hong Kong subsidiary, Chinese Road has established branches and local teams in Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand, extending its student reach across North America and the Middle East.
Starting in 2025, Chinese Road introduced an AI-powered Mandarin self-learning system for K-12 schools in Hong Kong. The company plans to continue expanding its Hong Kong operations, diversifying from Mandarin training into a broader range of educational products and services for the K-12 schools, with corresponding growth in staffing.
