Established in Hong Kong in 2022, CCX Green Finance International Limited (CCXGFI) became the first Chinese-owned rating agency recognised under the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's (HKMA) “Green and Sustainable Finance Funding Schemes (GSF)” in 2023. The company provides a comprehensive range of services, including green and sustainable finance services, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) services, as well as climate risk management services.
In March 2024, CCXGFI announced its membership in the Asia-Pacific Loan Markets Association (APLMA), becoming the first Chinese rating agency to join the association. In October 2024, the company participated as a Chinese organisation in the formulation of the Voluntary Code of Conduct for ESG rating and data product providers, supported by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC).
