Jaff has more than 17 years of commercial banking experience in various areas including strategy implementation, product development, cross-border collaboration and client coverage. Currently Head of Innovative Business & Growth, his team drives the Commercial Banking’s ecosystem strategy. One of his key objectives is to drive the bank’s proactive engagement with various ecosystem builders, with an ultimate goal to help aspiring entrepreneurs and SMEs to realise their hopes and dreams by offering them with the right banking and beyond banking solutions at the right time.
Jaff is currently a committee member of the International Affairs Committee of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries. He graduated from Imperial College of London with a MEng degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.
Vincent Leung

Vincent is an Associate Director at AOP Capital, a boutique asset management firm based in HK and is the Chairman of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ) Hong Kong Overseas Regional Council. He also currently serves as an independent director of a HK listed printing group. His previous roles included: providing financial consulting services to C-suite executives, key finance roles at an ASX listed dairy company and was also with PwC across both Australia & HK. Vincent is a qualified Chartered Accountant Australia & New Zealand and is a graduate of the University of New South Wales, Australia.
