Jiangsu – Hong Kong Cooperation: ‘Seizing New Investment Opportunities in Green Economy’ Symposium

Green economy has been increasingly taken into consideration in investment decision in recent years. Enterprises can mitigate risk, enhance potential return by ESG assessment and strengthen competitive edge.

This Symposium is one of the activities of the “Jiangsu-Hong Kong Cooperation” series jointly organised by Invest Hong Kong, Commercial Office of the Economic Affairs Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the HKSAR and Department of Commerce of Jiangsu Province. The symposium will cover the latest business advantages of Wuxi, the experience sharing by enterprises in Wuxi to encourage both Mainland and international investors to seize the investment opportunities in Wuxi and Hong Kong; Hong Kong’s latest sustainability related policies and ESG investment development trends, as well as exploring how Mainland companies could leverage Hong Kong’s advantages on green finance for sustainable development, and also demonstrate Hong Kong as a two-way platform connecting the international and the Mainland markets.
