The rapid expansion of the global space economy presents both immense opportunities and pressing challenges. From finance and data services to orbital congestion and regulatory gaps, the pace of commercialisation is outstripping existing conventions. It is the time to examine the sustainability of space industry, the legal frameworks and dispute resolution infrastructure needed to support the space economy.
