Beijing-based restaurant brand beefs up Hong Kong operations
Huangjihuang opens its wholly-owned branded Simmer Huang restaurant in Hong Kong.
Beijing-based restaurant chain, Huangjihuang, announced today (11 August 2017) the opening of its wholly-owned branded Simmer Huang restaurant in Hong Kong, aimed at aligning with the group’s overall marketing strategy.
The brand new Simmer Huang is located at Carnarvon Road in Tsim Sha Tsui, offering the signature simmer pots in rich sauces, according to the Director and General Manager of Huangjihuang International Development Ltd, Mr Li Meng. He said that the group will embark on a series of new marketing and promotion initiatives to lift the brand’s status in Hong Kong.
He said, “Hong Kong as one of the world’s most travelled destinations attracts millions of visitors from around the world every year. The city provides a great opportunity to showcase our brand to the world.”
He added, “Hong Kong customers enjoy tasty food and are willing to accept new food concept. We want to ride on this trend to promote our innovative and unique simmer pots menu. Apart from bringing new food experience to customers in Hong Kong, we will also want to develop our overseas business by leveraging the international status of Hong Kong.”
