Kanzhun, dual-listed on NASDAQ and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX), has a market capitalisation of over US$6.5 billion, ranking top ten globally and top one in Mainland China in the human resources services industry.
Its brand, “BOSS Zhipin”, pioneered the “mobile internet direct recruitment” model, serving 24.5 million verified enterprise users and 167 million job seekers across 400 Chinese cities and 109 countries around the globe. In the first quarter of 2024, it had 44.6 million average monthly active users, making it China’s largest online recruitment platform.
Kanzhun set up Zhipin Technology in Hong Kong as a research and development base and launched the OfferToday platform to enhance its international position by leveraging Hong Kong’s advantages.
