Established in 2014, Xiao Noodles has become a staple that focuses on the unique flavours of Chongqing cuisine. The brand has launched four signature products: red bowl noodles, hot and sour potato noodles, hot and spicy wonton soup, and hot pot mao cai. Among these, the red bowl noodles and hot and sour noodles received the authoritative certification for "China's Best-Selling" in 2023.
Currently, Xiao Noodles effectively manages its stores through self-developed systems for chain operation management, human resources, brand marketing, and data analysis in information technology. The brand adopts a robust and systematic development strategy, which has rapidly expanded across major cities in Mainland China such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan, and Hong Kong, with nearly 400 stores in operation.
In 2024, Xiao Noodles officially opened in Hong Kong. In less than a year’s time, Xiao Noodles has launched five restaurants in Whampoa, Tsuen Wan, Mong Kok, Kowloon Bay and Tsz Wan Shan. Looking ahead, Xiao Noodles plans to continue opening stores in various districts of Hong Kong, aiming to become a familiar and beloved brand among customers.
