WORKZONE is a three platforms in one: the work-training learning management system (LMS), which companies can use to create and deliver training content for employees; the work-management system and the job portal where companies can post openings, vet applications, hire applicants, and integrate into the work-management system.
WORKZONE tracks employees online or offline with a desktop tracker synched to an online portal. Working hours are posted in a payroll system with dispute resolution at the tracking and payment thresholds. Payments are integrated with SWIFT Payments, automated clearing house (ACH; with or without foreign exchange (FX)) and a user-specific debit card facility.
The company’s concierge programme offers consulting services to firms, helping them craft a “blended-workforce” and create more efficient labour and compensation profiles.
