Royal Morgan Fund Management Company Limited (Royal Morgan) is the overseas investment platform of the Goldian Group. The company has obtained the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC) Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (asset management) licenses. Royal Morgan acts as the family office for the Goldian Group, and provides financial services to other investors including deal origination, financial advisory and asset management with the goal of achieving mid- to long-term capital appreciation for the investors.
Royal Morgan primarily sources, invests in and provides advices to investors on mid-to-late stage private equity opportunities for high growth market leaders in the new economy in Mainland China. Going forward, Royal Morgan will grow its asset under management (AUM) and aspires to become a multi-family office based in Hong Kong.
