Rights & Brands Asia Limited is a licensing agent in Hong Kong for brands and characters, including the popular Nordic character “Moomin” for the Greater China market.
Established in September 2021, Rights and Brands Asia is a joint venture by PPW Sports & Entertainment (Hong Kong) Limited (PPW) (a full service brand management and licensing agent for a wide variety of IPs), ITOCHU Corporation (one of the largest Japanese general trading companies), Moomin Characters Oy Ltd. (“Moomin” rights owner) and R & B Licensing AB (“Moomin” global master licensee).
Leveraging on the experience and credit inherited from PPW and ITOCHU, and strongly backed by the capital participation of the “Moomin” rights owners, Rights & Brands Asia provides services that maximises the value of the brand for clients.
