PropCap is the first cross-border real estate financing matching platform in Asia with a presence in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Japan, and the United Kingdom, and is establishing its foothold in other markets.
PropCap’s platform provides mortgage services of overseas properties to international borrowers by matching mortgage funder (lenders) to borrowers via big data and artificial intelligence (AI). The company integrates property evaluation, electric Know Your Customer (eKYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solutions, and Foreign Exchange Application Programming Interface (F/X API) to foster transactions and minimise risks during the cross-border handling process.
In 2021, PropCap became one of the startups under the Hong Kong Cyberport Incubation Programme. The company’s vision is to build a one-stop management platform of international properties to minimise the challenges faced by international property buyers.
