iPlatform has started to provide fund administrative management outsourced services in Hong Kong since 2016, including Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (SFC) licence application, fund establishment, fund accounting, compliance, company secretary, human resources and general administration. iPlatform endeavours to free fund managers from tedious administrative duties so that they can focus on fund raising and investment.
iPlatform’s clients include financial state-owned-enterprises, hedge funds, family offices, private equity (PE) funds and quant fund. The advantage of the company is that all of its team members have strong finance or accounting background, and well understand the demands and concerns of cross-border financial services, enabling them to provide comprehensive, tailor-made one-stop professional services to their clients. The company set up a subsidiary in Nanshan district, Shenzhen, and is expanding the team. It also plans to set up more subsidiaries in other cities in Mainland China to manage the growing client base.
