Established in Guangzhou in 1998, JinZhuang specialises in production of processed roast meat products and marinated meat products, as well as the wholesale and retail of finished food products, semi-finished products, and both bulk and packaged food items. As an integrated enterprise encompassing production processing, product development, independent marketing, franchise operations, and brand management, the company is committed to preserving Cantonese culinary heritage while incorporating contemporary dining trends. Its signature dishes, “JinZhuang Roast Pig” and “Yee Heung Chicken,” are renowned for their authentic Cantonese flavours and have gained popularity by customers.
JinZhuang expanded to Hong Kong in 2023 and has since maintained close collaboration with local well-known Chinese restaurants and chain restaurant groups. In 2025, the company opened its first dedicated roast meat shop in To Kwa Wan.
