In alignment with the "New Industrialisation" initiative, Gifts of Hong Kong has established its state-of-the-art "Gifts of Hong Kong Smart Food Factory"—a 20,000-square-foot facility in Kowloon District with a daily production capacity of 5 tonnes of cookies.
To enhance operational efficiency and product quality, the company collaborated with the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) to implement an intelligent cookie manufacturing line. By integrating advanced technology, Gifts of Hong Kong optimises every stage of production—from filling and shaping to baking and packaging—maximising the use of its factory space. The facility also employs a data-driven intelligent monitoring system, enabling remote oversight of the production line for seamless management, real-time adjustments, and consistent quality control.
