Founded in Hong Kong in 2017, China Datang Corporation Hong Kong Co., Ltd (CDTHK) has been reformed as a sole-owned subsidiary company of China Datang Corporation Ltd. (CDT) in December 2020.
CDTHK is positioned as the service window of CDT’s Hong Kong operation at the very beginning and now they are building up the Hong Kong corporate treasury centre function and the scope of work includes overseas capital operation platform, offshore financial service platform, treasury department for overseas entities, information exchange platform, and Hong Kong related services platform.
CDTHK is actively recruiting strategic investment partners on low carbon business for both domestic and global markets including the “Belt and Road” countries.
