CAMathories® was founded by a team of researchers, professors, and alumni from the University of Cambridge with expertise in early childhood education, literacy, mathematics, and science. CAMathories® provides early years educational products and services which make mathematics meaningful to young children and help them to grow to love and understand mathematics in all its forms.
CAMathories® learning resources build on three decades of early childhood learning research. All books, curriculum, teaching plans, learning materials, and learning assessments are designed and written by their Education team who are current or former researchers and lecturers in mathematics and early years education at the University of Cambridge. Its Folktale Mathematics™ series of books and teaching plans take folktales from different parts of the world to support young children to learn fundamental mathematical principles in a fun and engaging way and to understand and respect diverse cultures. CAMathories® learning resources support diversity and inclusion for one world.
