Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) announced today (27 August 2025) that Italian-born chef and entrepreneur Gianni Caprioli has announced a new addition to his culinary empire in Hong Kong with the opening of Dedica Restaurant Lounge and Bar, a high-end Italian dining destination located in the heart of the city’s business district. This new venture marks another significant investment by Chef Caprioli in Hong Kong, further cementing his commitment to the city’s vibrant food scene and highlighting Hong Kong's status as a premier destination for international business and investment.
