Xiao Noodles has nearly 300 stores in the Mainland and has been well-received by the Mainland customers. The Project Leader of Xiao Noodles Group Limited, Mr Chris Peng, hopes to bring its unique Sichuan and Chongqing cuisines to Hong Kong via the new store, so that more people in Hong Kong can enjoy the xiao noodles even not in Chongqing.
Mr Peng said, “We noticed that more and more Hong Kong people are dining in the Mainland and there is a growing demand for Mainland F&B in the city. So we decided to set up our presence in the city to introduce our unique Sichuan and Chongqing cuisines to local people, such as our signature noodles and rice, snacks, drinks, desserts, etc.”
“We will not only gradually modify our dishes to introduce new dishes to suit the local lifestyle and taste, but also will bring more new Sichuan and Chongqing specialty dishes we introduced in the Mainland. We are now planning to open another store in Hong Kong, so that more local customers can taste our delicious food,” he added.
Established in 2014, Xiao Noodles opened its first store in Guangzhou and now has branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other Mainland cities. It is committed to providing customers with unique Sichuan and Chongqing cuisine.
