General Support Programme (GSP)

GSP aims to support non-research and development (R&D) projects that contribute to the upgrading and development of our industries as well as the fostering of an innovation and technology culture in Hong Kong.

Key Features:
- Support Non-R&D projects.
- Sponsorship: at least 10% of the total project cost.
- Projects may include conferences, exhibitions, seminars, workshops, promotional events, studies and surveys, youth activities, events or projects to support platform building/upgrading of industry, etc.
- Projects for promotion of products/services of a specific commercial entity will generally not be supported.
