雇用政策

香港では、雇用条例 (Employment Ordinance)の下、法定休日、強制積立年金(Mandatory Provident Fund)、病気休暇や出産休暇、退職金や勤続手当などの、最低限守られるべき従業員の権利が定められています。雇用主は労働者補償条例(Employees’ Compensation Ordinance)に基づき、従業員の補償保険に加入することが義務付けられています。
