Opening a bank account
The process and documents required to open a company bank account vary, depending on the type of company and bank that you choose.
Before you apply to open a company bank account, you must complete the registration and incorporation of your company. Contact your local bank to get a checklist of the documents you will need.
Banks normally require a minimum deposit which can be as little as HK$2,000 (US$ 257). Although the process is straightforward and transparent, all banks reserve the right to ask for further details as necessary.
